On a 2024 trip to Tokyo with Yans, we spent a night at Toyosu Manyo Club, where you can enjoy a day-trip onsen or stay overnight right in the city. As of 2024 it was newly opened, so everything was clean and in great condition, and I’d recommend staying here on a Tokyo trip.
1. Location and How to Get to Toyosu Manyo Club
It’s close to central Tokyo, with Odaiba nearby.
- Address: 6-5-1 Toyosu, Koto City, Tokyo
- Hours: Open 24 hours

Toyosu Manyo Club is a four-minute walk from Shijo-mae Station on the Yurikamome Line, easy to find. Free shuttle buses also run from JR Shimbashi Station.

The second floor of Senkyaku Banrai connects to Shijo-mae Station by a pedestrian bridge. If you’re planning to explore Odaiba, the Yurikamome one-day pass, 820 yen as of 2024, gives unlimited rides to DiverCity, the Statue of Liberty replica and other sights.
2. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in is on the seventh floor from 3 p.m., and check-out is by 11 a.m.

Since Toyosu Manyo Club is open 24 hours, you can use the onsen and facilities anytime, though the baths close for cleaning from 3 to 6 a.m.

Yukata rental is included for onsen and room guests.

Everything you use inside is charged to a barcode and paid in one go at check-out, by cash or credit card.
3. Rooms
We stayed in a fourth-floor guest room with a beautiful view of Odaiba at night.

The room has twin beds, with the bath and toilet separate for convenience.

Amenities are provided for each guest, with plenty of towels.

There’s a Japanese-style tatami living area, and the two large beds are big enough for a family of four.

The night view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was incredible, especially the neon lights of the bridge over the river. It was the best night view of any hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan.
4. Indoor and Open-Air Baths
The large baths and open-air bath are on the sixth floor and open 24 hours, apart from the 3 to 6 a.m. cleaning time.

Photos aren’t allowed inside, so the next image is from the official website. As it shows, you can soak while looking out at the scenery.

The spring water is said to be great for skin and fatigue. The night view of Tokyo from the open-air bath was magical, and the indoor baths are large and spotless. Note that a late-night surcharge may apply after 3 a.m., and a bathing tax is charged separately.

5. Facilities
Toyosu Manyo Club has a wide range of facilities, including a stone sauna, relaxation room, massage shop, game corner, manga lounge and kids’ playroom.

Our son was eight, and he had a great time in the kids’ playroom.

The relaxation room has reclining sofas, blankets and personal screens, and it’s open 24 hours, handy if you want to rest overnight.

The manga lounge is perfect for unwinding with a good read.

The stone sauna and massage shop are great for easing fatigue, and the game center makes it fun for families.

The stone sauna is similar to a Korean jjimjilbang, and you change into a yukata before entering.

You can relax with a night view or warm up in the steam room and mineral stone rooms.

6. Dinner and Breakfast Buffets
Dinner and breakfast buffets are served at the fifth-floor restaurant, with a great variety of dishes.

At the time of our 2024 visit, a dinner buffet promotion offered 90 minutes for 2,300 yen.

The dinner buffet features fresh seafood and many Japanese dishes.

You can cook your own shabu-shabu, and there’s roast beef too.

There’s even tuna and salmon sashimi, high quality and unlimited, which felt like a real treat.

Breakfast is healthy and delicious.

Even breakfast had tuna and salmon sashimi, which surprised me.

There are plenty of kid-friendly options, ideal for families.

I was glad we chose the buffet. For an extra charge, you can add unlimited drinks, including draft beer and wine, and you can eat as much sashimi as you like. The restaurant also serves traditional Japanese dishes à la carte. Breakfast has fewer dishes than dinner but offers neat Japanese home-style food, and eating with such a great view was pure happiness.
7. Free Eighth-Floor Foot Bath
Senkyaku Banrai has a free foot bath open to everyone, with towels for 200 yen as of 2024.

Soaking our feet while taking in the Tokyo night view was special, a great place to unwind and chat as a family.

It offers panoramic views and is especially romantic at night.

8. Rooftop Foot Bath for Onsen Guests
Toyosu Manyo Club also has a rooftop foot bath just for onsen guests, with free towels.

It’s not crowded, so you can relax, and at night you’ll see Rainbow Bridge and a stunning skyline.

9. Nearby Sights and a Suggested Route
Toyosu Market is within walking distance for fresh seafood and shopping, and the Edo-style Toyosu Senkyaku Banrai market street is fun to browse.

Odaiba’s sights are just a short ride away.

For a Tokyo route, I recommend starting with Ginza and Tsukiji Market, then Tokyo Joypolis, teamLab Planets Tokyo, Toyosu Manyo Club and Odaiba. Joypolis, the onsen and teamLab Planets are all indoors, perfect for a rainy day.

Toyosu Manyo Club was a wonderful place to enjoy an onsen and plenty of facilities in the city, popular with Tokyo locals as well as tourists.

It was easy and comfortable with a child, and the whole family loved it. If you’re planning a Tokyo trip, Toyosu Manyo Club is well worth a visit.
Prices, hours and details in this post are from our visit in July 2024 and may have changed, so check the latest information before you go.
