Winter Travel in Samcheok: Samcheok Sol Beach

This Christmas, I visited Samcheok Sol Beach.

Traveling with my 27-month-old son

is really difficult

Just stopping by various rest areas

left us leaving at 10 AM and arriving at 3 PM

I visited again with my in-laws when I was pregnant with Yans

It was Christmas season, so many trees were arranged

Yans has grown up and takes pretty pictures in front of Christmas

Sol Beach used to have a great playground for kids

but I heard they removed it this time

So disappointing

Dae Myung was still better compared to Geoje Belvedere that I visited recently

It had a lot of play facilities which was nice.

Dae Myung Resort where adults can rest and enjoy

The stores available are BBQ and Baskin Robbins

Other restaurants

There are also well-equipped arcades and karaoke facilities

I heard there are electric carts outside

It was cold so we didn’t ride

But there were quite a few people riding them

Free Yans

freely here as well

The weather was cloudy and bad, but

the photos turned out well

Samcheok is really nice as long as the distance isn’t far

but it’s so disappointing that the distance is far.

Sol Beach is great because the beach is right in front of it, making it nice to take a walk on the beach

The accommodation we stayed at was Suite Ocean

The side facing the sea

is structured the same as it was a few years ago, but the location is

Building B

Last time it was Building A

The room structure is the same as last time, so I didn’t take separate photos

But Yans, who was excited upon arrival, did take some pictures haha

After dropping off our luggage at the accommodation, we came out to the walking path

The walking path is really well made

Across the street is the sea

On one side is the walkway

It’s great for taking photos

The structure is beautiful

Right down to the beach
