In 2024, with parental leave coming up, we had plenty of trips planned, so I want to share a tip that makes traveling easier.

Many people park at Incheon Airport for overseas trips, but long-term parking means worrying about damage, and parking in a far-off lot at night means a long walk with luggage. With a child in tow, you know how that goes. That’s why I always use Incheon Airport valet parking, and with so many companies to choose from, I’ll introduce the indoor service I use.

It’s called WowParking. The service is easy to use and includes valet, so it’s convenient even when you arrive late at night or at dawn. Even arriving three hours before departure feels hectic, and Terminal 1 is especially crowded. Instead of wasting time hunting for a space, Incheon Airport valet parking makes it easy.

What I liked most is that it’s 100% indoor parking, so there’s none of the worry that comes with an outdoor lot. On long trips I worry about my car, but indoors there’s no concern about theft or bad weather, which is why we use it often.

We drive an electric car, and they even offer EV charging, which was a big plus. The indoor lot is monitored by CCTV around the clock.

Price matters too. Long-term parking is affordable: as of 2024, five days cost about 65,000 won, and there was no separate valet fee, which made it feel even cheaper.

Most of the time we fly from Terminal 1, but sometimes from Terminal 2, where drop-off and pickup also include a contactless option. In practice it wasn’t very different. Here’s the inside of the garage.

Valet parking runs out of a clean indoor facility.

If you are booking Incheon Airport valet parking, check whether indoor parking is available. Sudden heavy snow or strong winds make outdoor parking a worry. We once parked outside when hail fell, and while our car was fine, the one next to it was damaged.

Since then we always choose Incheon Airport valet parking with an indoor lot.

The staff were friendly too, and when our battery died they replaced it before handing the car back, which was reassuring.
Prices, hours and details in this post are from our visit in January 2024 and may have changed, so check the latest information before you go.
