Abalone Ramyeon at Seomorum, Hamdeok Jeju: Ocean-View Noodles

After enjoying Woljeongri Beach with my husband, we came for the famous Muggeo Burger at Hamdeok Seowoo Beach. But wouldn’t you know it, 3 to 4 p.m. is break time, and we arrived at 3:10 with nothing to do. Then we spotted haemul ramyeon across from Muggeo Burger and stopped in. The place is called Seomorum.

Above all, the view from the restaurant is so pretty. I’m completely smitten.

We grabbed a table right in front of the sea, and the beachside tables made the atmosphere wonderful.

Hamdeok Seowoo Beach has the same emerald water. Jeju beaches are so beautiful.

Finally, the ramyeon arrived: abalone ramyeon! It would be a shame to leave Jeju without ramyeon, but we were about to eat at Muggeo Burger, so ordering two felt like too much. We ordered just one, and the owner was very kind.

There was octopus ramyeon and haemul ramyeon too, but we chose abalone. And honestly, ramyeon can’t taste bad!

Thanks to Muggeo Burger’s break time, we got to enjoy the pretty beach and try the haemul ramyeon we wouldn’t have had otherwise. The abalone ramyeon was a lucky find.
