The thing I agonized over most while planning our Phu Quoc trip was where to stay.
Looking for a place with a private pool villa where we could stay comfortably with our child,
we finally chose Sailing Club Signature Resort Phu Quoc.
In the end, we were so happy that we’d pick it again.
Where Is Sailing Club Signature Resort Phu Quoc?
The resort is about 15 minutes by car from Phu Quoc Airport, near Long Beach.
Opened in 2022, Sailing Club Signature Resort is a new property, so the facilities are clean and modern throughout.
The check-in lobby has a natural feel with tropical trees and stone,
and as soon as we arrived we knew we’d get some real rest.
The staff speak English well and the service was very attentive.
The Rooms and Private Pool Are Really Spacious

The moment you open the door, the living room, kitchen and bedroom open up wide, with no cramped feeling at all.
As a family we had lots of luggage, and there was plenty of storage.
Above all, the layout let both kids and adults stay comfortably.
Private pool
The private pool is big enough for three or four adults.
The water temperature was just right for both mornings and nights,
and at night soft lights came on for a lovely mood.
It was much quieter than the shared pool.
In-Villa Facilities: Between a Hotel and a Home
- Kitchen: fridge, cooktop and microwave.
Simple cooking or baby food is possible.
- Bathroom: a separate shower and full bathtub, perfect after a swim.
- Patio: sitting on the terrace with coffee looking at the garden was a highlight.
Every space was tidy and the lighting was warm,
so it felt both as luxurious as a hotel and as comfortable as home.

There was a wide variety, from Vietnamese pho and omelets to fresh fruit and coffee.
The staff remembered our child’s name and greeted them, which impressed me.
Thanks to small touches like that, every day started on a good note.
Sailing Club Phu Quoc beach club
Resort guests can ride the shuttle bus there for free,
and in the evening a fire show and live music bring the Phu Quoc vacation mood to life.
It was a great place to relax over a delicious cocktail.
Spa, Kids Club and Fitness: Perfect for Families
- Spa: by reservation, with highly skilled therapists.
- Kids club: plenty of space and programs for kids to play.
- Fitness center: well-kept modern equipment, so you can work out too.
The kids club at Sailing Club Signature Resort has a large indoor play area,
so it’s perfect for leaving your child there while you enjoy a spa treatment.
Location and Nearby Access
- Distance to the airport: about 15 minutes
- Nearby: Sonasea night market (about 5 minutes by car) and Duong Dong night market (about 15 to 20 minutes by car)
- K-Mart: 3 minutes on foot, handy for shopping before moving to your next resort.
Sailing Club Signature Resort also gives easy access to sights, so you get both resort time and sightseeing.
It’s a place that truly deserves the praise “the rooms were huge and wonderful.”
Easy airport access, a new resort and a private pool villa:
a place with all three is rare even in Phu Quoc.
I highly recommend it to families who want quiet rest, couples who value privacy,
and honeymooners too.
