My sister is visiting Jeju in August and really wants to go here, so I went to Muggeo Burger first. It’s a handmade burger place said to have a great view.

It’s run together with a pension, so I was surprised by how big it is.

Many people were already holding tables.

But 3 to 4 p.m. is break time. So we wrote our names on the waiting list and wondered what to do, then had a bowl of ramen at the ramen place in front.

After eating, we got a table on the second floor. The first floor has the better photo view, but it’s too hot, like being roasted by the sun. I can’t imagine enduring this in midsummer.

The view is, as promised, amazing. At 4 p.m. we ordered the carrot burger and grapefruit ade. I thought the carrot burger had carrots in it, but the bun itself is carrot-colored. The spinach burger has a green bun and the garlic burger a white bun. Handmade burgers take a long time to come out.

As soon as they arrived, I started photographing the burgers with the view.

This is the Instagram-style Muggeo Burger.

The fries were delicious.

Handmade burgers are often too salty, but this one wasn’t salty at all, which made it delicious. I’m so full.
