Last July, we went to Saipan for a family trip~
Excluding the trip to Japan with my sister and Guam with my parents
It seems like it’s the first overseas trip just the three of us – my husband, Yans, and me.
Choosing Saipan was a great choice.
I recommend Saipan as a first trip with kids.
Choosing accommodation was also a concern~
Since the flights to Saipan are mostly night departures and early morning arrivals, I had to choose a hotel that provides pickup/drop-off at the airport,
And I needed to choose a hotel that allowed early check-in and late check-out~
Moreover, one of the biggest considerations I had when selecting a hotel was whether there were many facilities or activities for kids~
Among the various resort hotels in Saipan, the one that captured my heart was World Resort~
Especially if you are going on the first overseas trip with your child
From meals to various activities for kids, there are many options to think about, but at World Resort, meals are all-inclusive, which was the biggest advantage as we didn’t have to worry about that.
Sure, those traveling to Saipan in July or August often worry about the weather, right?
July to August is the rainy season in Saipan.
However, it does not rain all day, but rather, there are scattered showers that occur about 2-3 times a day.
The duration was short~
So, even when it rained, I could see the blue sky so well that I was glad
When it rained, it felt cooler after being hot, so I really enjoyed my trip.
I mentioned that one of the great things about choosing Saipan World Resort was the airport pickup and drop-off, right?
We arrived around 2 AM
During that time, there were no taxis
So, I had to pay in advance to request airport pickup
Then safety and security issues become a concern~
However, the pickup from the World Resort was very convenient
I’ve written below the methods for airport pickup and drop-off, so please refer to it
Method for airport pickup/drop-off
– Pickup: After arriving at Saipan Airport, move with the staff holding a “SAIPAN WORLD RESORT” sign and confirm the list
(Due to circular operation of two vehicles, exclusive pickups are not possible and waiting time will occur if the number of passengers exceeds.) – Sending: After check-in, check the departure time to the airport and the list at the front desk for the last day
(Move to the airport approximately 2 to 3 hours before your flight departure)
Though we arrived late
There were Korean staff available
So, checking in was quite smooth~
They also explained in detail about the programs and the meals
Our room is located on the second floor of Saipan World Resort
The Pororo Room~

Since Pororo, who is familiar to kids, is in the hallway
The child loved it so much~
Yans is 7 years old, but still likes these cute things~
The room feels familiar, right?
Since it’s a kids room, they can play and run around inside the room~
The beds are a queen and a super single
Perfect for our family of three!
The air conditioning was nice and cool, and I felt refreshed when I entered the room
It was really hot when I first arrived in Saipan in July
I was happy to meet the cool air as I entered the room.
When I entered, there was a welcome service
With wine and fruit prepared~
The bedding is hotel-quality bedding~
It was clean and pleasant~
I think you’ll be very satisfied if traveling abroad with a child ^^
Especially for younger children~
The room condition at World Resort was clean and nice
There’s space to draw pictures and
There are various spaces where children can play, like block play ^^
During our stay at World Resort, we frequently used the
Board Game & Book Cafe
You can read books while having coffee
And they lend out board games.
