After a delicious gomchi soup at Samcheok Port, we set out to explore around Samcheok. On the way to our resort, we spotted the Samcheok Beach sculpture park and stopped briefly.
Driving along the Samcheok coastal road, the sculpture park appears. There was not much to see, but looking at the distant sea felt like my chest opened wide.

A solo portrait of my mother-in-law. She looks like a young girl.

We asked a passerby to take a group photo of all of us. It would have been nice if my sister-in-law had come too, but she was exhausted from work and had to rest at home. Next time, we said, regretting it.

Our happy family.

We took a selfie together too. My father-in-law’s camera is a wide-angle, so fitting everyone in was easy. We could not stay long at the sculpture park, so we drove on. Our stay was Sol Beach Samcheok. It is so famous that we were very curious. But on the way, Samcheok Beach appeared and we stopped again. The wide-open Samcheok Beach, with such fine sand.

There were rocking chairs, and my mother-in-law told us two to sit prettily for a photo, so we quickly sat down. We both looked completely worn out.

And a photo of my father-in-law and mother-in-law. Expressionless father, lovely mother.

Another selfie all together at Samcheok Beach.

I was photographing my in-laws when my husband was photographing me from far away. After touring around Samcheok, we hurried to Sol Beach Samcheok.
